Why Active People Often Need a Different Ratio Than 70/25/5

Fat: 2,400 × 0.60 ÷ 9 = 160g
Protein: 2,400 × 0.35 ÷ 4 = 210g
Carbs: 2,400 × 0.05 ÷ 4 = 30g
